      <description>&lt;P&gt;It all depeneds what you mean by the ' size waas completely wrong'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it just did not fit,&amp;nbsp; and the seller does not accept returns,&amp;nbsp; then a case opened for this,&amp;nbsp; can be closed by the seller with no refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the dress for example stated a size 10 and a size 14 arrived,&amp;nbsp; then a case for item not described could have been&amp;nbsp; opened for a full refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With so little details it is difficult to guess what you did wrong.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was the dress size given incorrectly in the ad? Was it a Private Seller,if so did it say NO RETURNS?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I assume you opened a returns Case and asseller does not accept returns the case closed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If dress was wrongly described you should have opened a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE. Now all you can do is open a Case with Paypal but you will have topay the return postage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ebay put he Money Back Guarantee on every listing, if you had read and followed instructions, seller would have had to provide a Reply Paid Label and on return you would have got a Full refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
