Potential buyer sending nuisance emails

I have a potential buyer who keeps sending me the same email about various items. They never buy anything. I know I can block bidders but he/she never bids on anything. Is there a way I can stop them from sending me messages apart from contacting Ebay?

Put them on your blocked bidders list and then go back and scroll down to Stop blocked bidders from contacting me

Thank you but they haven't bid on anything. I have already blocked them from bidding - so far as I am aware, that doesn't stop them from sending messages. I have already read the page you sent a link to - i have a fair old list of blocked bidders!!

Have you read what I said?
You block them from bidding and then you go back to buyer requirements and scroll down to where it says
Stop Blocked Bidders From Contacting me
It does not matter that they have not bid on the item
That should stop them from messaging you
