This past week I have had several customers saying that their items are not being delivered in the allocated time. I only use Royal Mail. Are there any other sellers finding this?

Yes.

There's a virus called Covid doing the rounds in most countries.

It's proving to cause a bit of disruption and slowing down services that are still available.

Check out the seller central board for loads of posts on this issue, and look at RM's website for updates. RM are overwhelmed and understaffed.
