    <description>been trying to get a refund on vintage rope lights that I returned I didnt track it but have proof of postage to the address that was stated post office ensure I was delivered but they say the havent recieved. its took ages for replies and gone well over 30 days back and forth . its ridiculous I've tried various ways of contacted you to step in for a few months to no avail all it says is contact seller which I've done over and over. even sent them.a photo of my proof of postage</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You must do things according to instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Without tracking to prove delivery you are wasting your time. Returns have to be made by opening an apprpriate case, you use tracked mail and on proof of delivery to the seller tey refund if not you then ask ebay to step in. You cannot ask for ebay to help except through a case. Proof of postage only shows you hav posted&amp;nbsp; NOT delivery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If RM says it was delivered they would only know that if you have on the P of P a 16 digit tracking Code. used properly that would have been adequate for ebay to get a refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you don't say why you returned it is impossible to say whether you could try a Paypal case as they allow longer but even so only protect for condition on arrival.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you read ebay's money back guarantee, they do put it on every listing, so that in future you can follow proper procedure if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
