Buyer left feedback that suggest that I am a dishonest seller, I can not accept this. I understand that they maight not like the item but its not a reson to smear others and imply that they we are dishonest. I suspect that the main reson that this person is unhappy is that she didn'y read the add properly and had diffrent expectation after just lookin at the photos, I can accept that. But she decided to air her frustration with fals accusations, and didn't want to admit this as misunderstanding. Ebay does nothing offcourse because they do not care about the sellers. But people must be responsible for what they write, How can I fight this?

Thanks for your prompt comments, but you are missing my point. I don't mind buyers leaving negative feedback, but I can not accept comments suggesting that I am dishonest seller. I did everything in good faith and they have no proof to some false statments that they are posting.

1.Icelandic rug? - Yes it's a genuine Icelandic sheep skin rug I can prove it.

2.V small size - The size was accurately specified.

3.Shows large rugs sends small - another lie, the rugs on the photo are exactly the same size all rugs I have are simillar size.
