    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an australian buyer complaining about a pitney bowes charge - buyer paid for a uk delivery and then complained about the forwarding cost to Australia - I was away which was listed on item description and buyer has complained giving us a negative. Why could he not wait? Why could he not see that the item had not been shipped? The buyer from Melbourne complained that I had madethe pitney bowes dollar charge so why should I suffer for an issue not created by me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What a shame he did not put any of his unfounded complaints into that feedback,&amp;nbsp; then you could have asked for it to be removed.&amp;nbsp; Nothing in what he has left now,&amp;nbsp; breaks feedback rules,&amp;nbsp; so eBay won't remove it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All you can do,&amp;nbsp; is to politely explain how the Pitney B . fees are charged that this is all out of your hands,&amp;nbsp; and that you were away with say no internet,&amp;nbsp; so could not answer him&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If he agrees to your explanations and apologies you could then send them a feedback revision to complete. Don't send on unless they say they will accept one,&amp;nbsp; you are only given a low number,&amp;nbsp; hopefully not used in the year!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
