    <title>Question Hermes in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else posted a parcel, with a Hermes label bought through eBay &amp;nbsp;Packlink service, and given a scanned in receipt from the parcel shop, which was not delivered to my customer. &amp;nbsp;I have contacted Hermes who say they are still waiting for the parcel from the sender and suggested I contacted Packlink. &amp;nbsp;18 emails later to Packlink and they say Hermes are still saying that they haven't received the parcel, despite having a copy of the receipt sent to them. &amp;nbsp;I have refunded my customer and am left out of pocket. &amp;nbsp;Luckily it was not an expensive item but it is the principle. &amp;nbsp;eBay customer support replied with &amp;nbsp;you can use another carrier, when told I had no faith in the Paclink system. &amp;nbsp;This is the third item that has gone missing in the last two months!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No end of seller and buyers complain about Hermes/Packlink and there terrible service,so while trying to complain/get a claim from them is almost impossible,its best to simply not use there services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
