    <description>&lt;P&gt;i would like to warn all sellers about ebays failure to protect &amp;nbsp;us sellers by informing sellers of a bad experience i recently had with a fraudster&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i sold a low value item to another ebayer &amp;nbsp;a &amp;nbsp;few days later i got a message claiming none reciept of this item ,,so i checked this ebayers feedback and noticed they had left a lot of &amp;nbsp;negative feedback for none reciept ,straight away this person opened a case for a full refund ,,NOT A REPLACEMENT BUT A REFUND&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so i decided ro deliver a replacement the next day [160 MILES BELIEVE IT OR NOT]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;when i arrived i recorded this item being placed in the envalope and contued to recorded it being posted..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i came home and sent a photo of this house to this person and shockingly they denied it again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i contued to respond to his claims through an open case ,,AS YOU DO but in the meantime i was repeatadly telephoning ebay customer support who for about 4 days seemed a little interested ..thursday night this person was then allowed &amp;nbsp;to hide there feedback .and what gave me an even bigger shock &amp;nbsp;ebay refunded them out of my paypal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;HAD INFORMED EBAY ABOUT THE VIDEO RECORDING AND NOT ONCE DID THEY ASK TO VIEW IT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so what ime saying is sellers have no protection what so ever against low value fraudsters&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they orded low value items and think us sellers wont bother to investigate if they claim to not to have recieved it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this person had left a lot of neg &amp;nbsp;feedback for none reciept ,,and now ebay have allowed &amp;nbsp;them to hide there feedback&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by doing this i believe that ebay is being negligent to every single ebayer in the world ,AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE FAST&lt;/P&gt;</description>
