Item being relisted after apparently sent it..

I had Ebay refund me after a seller kept promising me my item was sent... I waited in total 38 days by the time i got refunded. however it's up for sale again.. how can this be if it was sent out and it's a one off not a copy..
Why is Ebay not doing anything about this type of seller where you can see from feedback they've done this times before ..???

Sounds like either the seller wanted more than the price it realised when sold, or there trying to keep there seller standings in search,but whatever its bad selling practice and you should leave the relevant feedback to.

unfortunately the seller can get the neg you left removed.

You obviously said something in the feedback which caused ebay to remove it.

All you need to say is that "seller did not honour the sale", no reason to be removed and is a sufficient warning to other buyers.

If eBay forced a refund the seller will have been given a defect on their account. Too many defects and the seller’s selling days will be over.

I see you have left negative feedback but unfortunately you mentioned a refund.

If the seller asks them to, eBay will remove the comment.

You should have left a more general comment such as “seller refused to honour the transaction”.

That would not have been removed.
