Hi again. Firstly thank you for answering my previous question it was most helpful. Hope you can help with this one.
EBay have decided in my favour and will need to return the item by a certain date. They have sent me a returns label for printing to the seller. Unfortunately I don't have access to a printer as I only use a smart phone or tablet. If I send the item back by recorded delivery and add tracking information can I have my postage refunded this way instead? And if so how will eBay know how much they have to refund me for return postage if I do it this way? Thanks in advance. K.

You would have to pay for your own signed for postal return,then contact ebay to enter the tracking details for you as the request will only recognise the return label tracking info sent to you for printing.

Do you have no friends or relatives with a printer or even access to your local library where you could print the ebay label off.
