    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sold and sent an item using Hermes &amp;amp; Global Shipping, dispatched on 20.10.19. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; On 24.10.19 tracking was marked as being at the Staffordshire cdntre for processing , custom docs etc. &amp;amp; cleared custom on the 26th. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then it has floated around in circles back &amp;amp; forth and finally on 06.11.19 it was marked as unabe to deliver &amp;amp; returning to sender. Until today neither I nor the purchaser have received it.&amp;nbsp; The purchaser has tried to contact GSP with no luck at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I contact Globa Shipping asap to find out what on earth they are doing.&amp;nbsp; The purchasers delivery address has been used by GSP several times before without any problems &amp;amp; indeed has just reeived another parcel a day or two ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service is dreadful &amp;amp; I nor the purchaser cannot seem to be able to find out what they are up to - this item should never be returned to me as it is entirely GSP own incompetent mistake &amp;amp; over a month now it is still floating around in their system somewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are not responsible for items that go missing once they have reached the hub safely&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The buyer needs to open a not received dispute and they need to make ebay aware it was GSP&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You also need to do that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Dont refund as you have to deal with this carefully&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class="western"&gt;You need to be extremely careful how you handle this as you could be seriously out of pocket if you try to handle this yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;Your buyer needs to open a case for not received and you respond with the tracking number proving delivery to the UK Global shipping hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="western"&gt;You cite that according to Global T&amp;amp;C you, the seller, are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit once it has arrived at the Global hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
