Yes.

You can list 1000 items per month, auction or BIN.

Fixed price listings are set to Good 'Til Cancelled duration. This means your item will be relisted on eBay every month until it sells or you end it.

Thanks. So, even when it's automatically relisted it will be free?
I came on here to ask about this in the first place because part of the eBay website vaguely said that Buy It Now costs 50p per listing.

If you add BIN to auction, then you pay 50p, as soon as bid is placed, BIN disappears, you still pay fee.
List as auction OR BIN, then no fee.
