Hi, how can i cancel an item for sale which wont sell after 3 relistings.

Or go to More Actions, far right of the item on your My eBay selling page > End Item.

When you find More Actions read the options there. You have to use it to mark as dispatched, so should look at what other functions are there. Saves having to ask.
