No you can not expect a refund from the seller

When you buy you are accepting all the terms of the listing including the postage

The postage is not just the stamp price it is P&P Postage and packaging

The seller also pays fees on the postage of 10% to ebay

There is no dispute on ebay for postage

Have you contacted the seller to explain your disappointment? Most good sellers will refund the difference, however, there is nothing to enforce them to do so, and eBay do not get involved in poistage disputes.

Unless you have paid extra for a service that was not provided, say paying for First class signed for, and general second class used, there is no need for the seller to refund you any extra.

In my humble opinion I never understand why sellers do this , and upeset their buyers, when one price including the postage can be given and then to add ' Free Postage'.
