i have to print a returns lable where do i find this please

If you are the buyer returning an item then the label should be in an email and your print it from there

Have you opened a dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page

Pre paid returns labels are for a not as described dispute.

The item I sold was perfect but the buyer has described as having a stain on it and a small hole I think they have caused this or it happen in postage but I cant prove ,so having to do a return but cannot find on Ebay where to print a return label and send it to the buyer, that's what I needed help with , thank you for your reply, but I am still no wiser as they sent an email to say print a label.

Did the buyer open a dispute?
The buyer must open a not as described dispute and once they do then you will have to option of buying an ebay label
All disputes are done through the resolution centre and you refund through the dispute too

If the dispute was opened and you did not use the ebay service then you will have to buy a label online and sending it too your buyer
