Not received refund 5months waiting for my refund

I have been waiting for my refund since they lied about sending

a replacement i have checked cctv postage service nothing,

couldn't even provide me with a tracking number I asked over and over again

I have email proof of the whole convo. Now they ignoring me and I paid

45 for literally nothing it's like they don't understand what I'm typing

I get repeated genetic messages from them

According to your Feedback the purchase was over 6 months ago. You should have dealt with the problem through the Ebay Money Back Guarantee within 30 days of Purchase.

Nothing you can do now. The Chinese Sellers falsely promise Replacements for faulty goods or as a way of getting you to change any Negative Feedback left.

I did take it up with eBay plus half of the options were missing

How, and when did you ' take it up with eBay' ? You have 30 days from last estimated date for delivery to open the relevant case in the Resolution Centre. It is then all automated, and if not resolved in 8 days, you escalate on days 9 - 21 and e\Bay step in and fully refund you.

Fall out of those rules and paramters, and you will not win your refund. @saika.hussain

You never allow a replacement you open a dispute and follow it through to get your money back

Replacements often do not arrive

You open the dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page

Did you escalate any dispute you opened?.

You are well out of time on ebay as you had 30 days to open a dispute and escalate after another 8 full days

You have 180 days to open a dispute in paypal

If it is not received then you may just get your money back

If not as described then it is worth a try

OPen it now and escalate as soon as you can but before 20 days
