What was the item number?

If the listing stated you were buying a complete wheelbarrow, and not just the body, then you will need to open a return.

Was the package marked 1 of 2 or similar? It might be the driver left one on the vehicle if it was sent in two packs. Either way contact your seller to resolve it.
