Hello,

Following our recent Autumn Business Seller Update about the new streamlined returns experience, the following changes are now live to all sellers on eBay.co.uk:

· We’ve added the ability to create custom return and refund rules, so you can automate certain parts of the return process to suit your needs.

· You’ll now be able to upload your own returns label as an alternative to the eBay generated labels.

· We’ve updated the list of return reasons that buyers can select.

· We’ve introduced a ‘Report a problem with the buyer’ feature within the returns process, so we can better protect you.

Following the launch of these features, access your return preferences and set up what works for your business.
