Just Google "how can I buy a postage label for someone to send me something from Switzerland?" the AI mode will give you several options.

A buyer in Switzerland has opened a return request as the packaging was open when they received it. The gasket they purchased is still there and in perfect condition, but they are complaining that it was opened and have put arrived damaged on the return.

Ebay have said that I have to provide a returns label but I'm confused as to how I can buy the postage from Switzerland to get it back to the UK, any ideas?

Thanks

How was the item sent?

If it was sent using eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) then eBay are responsible for items l9st or damaged during the international leg of the journey.

If you arranged your own postage though then you are responsible. You probably won't be able to buy a label yourself so will need to send the buyer the money to cover the return.
