book royal mail never turn up

Every time i book a collection via royal mail on ebay, they never turn up, you get a email to say they tried to pick up but you were out, it is happening all the time , ebay should take this off , i have tried to use this 3 times and they never pick up dont waste your time using it.

Have you spoken to your Postie? Or complained to Royal Mail? Yes, RM offer this service on a 'best endeavour' basis' meaning that they don't guarantee Postie has the capacity to collect, but a 100% failure rate seems beyond the pale.

Use "Bring my label" once management at your collction office see loads of labels binned questions may be asked, also there were some posties whistle blowing to the BBC las week, makes interesting reading but the BBC may of deleted the article by now, they are good at that.
