Overlong dispatch times

I maintain that any monies paid to a seller be made available to them after dispatch ot the purchased item.

My personal record to date was an itam dispatched 2 weeks after payment was made and accepted.

I have experienced several cases like this and found that after 7 days when I opened a "not received case" hey presto, the item was magically dispatched immediately.

Is it a case of "well I've got the money so sod the customer, he can wait" ?

Add to that the number iof sellers who NEVER dispatch items and when approached for a refund giveb one immediately strange innit ?

Hi,

I always check the dispatch time.

As an items location may be in China. Where they are imported into the UK and sent out from an UK address.
