Vero issues

Another seller is using my pictures and all pictures have my watermark running through them. I have contacted vero in numerous occasion, also 3 eBay customer service advisors have reported this too. Why is the listing still allowed to use my picture even though they are my intellectually property?

If you post in Discussion > Selling you may receive a quicker reply.

Although these started out as your intellectual property you gave those rights away when you agreed to eBay's T&Cs. Specifically:

'When you create listings you give eBay and its customers permission, through our User Agreement, to use your images, videos and product details. '
