I'm watching that vet programme on BBC1 at the moment, there's a wee dog having it's broken leg mended, she's such a sweet thing too. oooooh look at that!!!!! bare bone............

the dog they were operating on wasn't the only dog with a broken leg, funnily enough the sister pup was at the same vets, with a broken leg too!!!! what on earth were the chances of that?

all OK though, thank goodness

Can't watch anything with animals and vets, I get too upset, bit of a soppy date me.

I get upset as well when I see animals suffering.

Me too. I can watch the gorriest human operations but anything with animals in I can't watch. I think the worst thing is when a horse or cow is trapped in mud or rising water and they have to get it out with ropes and tractors etc. I just can't watch any of that!!
