Seller refusing to give a refund?

This is how to handle it..............

A guy named Chuck bought a horse from a farmer for £250.00.

The farmer agreed to deliver the horse the next day.

The next day - farmer turns up, and tells Chuck ''Sorry, I have some bad news - the horse has died''.

Chuck says''OK - just give me my money back''.

Farmer says ''sorry - cant do that - already spent it''.

Chuck says ''OK, just give me the dead horse''.

The farmer asks him what he is going to do with it.

Chucks says he is going to raffle it.

Farmer replies that he cant raffle a dead horse.

Chuck says - sure I can - I just wont tell people it is dead.

A month later, the farmer bumps into Chuck and asks him what happened with the dead horse.

Chuck says I sold 500 tickets at £5.00 each. Made myself £2,495

The farmer asks if anyone complained about the horse being dead.

Chuck says...........Only the guy that won, so I gave him his £5.00 back.
