Problems logging into eBay

I tried to login to my eBay account with my user name as normal. It then passed me to the check system to verify I was human, which I passed. When it returned to the sign in page it said “incorrect” in red letters above the user name box and would not let me go any further. It has also popped up with “we noticed unusual activity and think you may be a bot! I have tried contacting eBay with no success. I asked eBay to call me and waited 2 hours, again with no success. Has anyone come across these problems before? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been a member for almost 20 years.

My falklands medal was taken without consent (stolen) from my uncles house when he was evicted by local council, now listed for sale on ebay 30 years later how do i get it returned

I pre-ordered an item last year and was meant to arrive this year but because of the Russia and ukraine war the item has been put on hold untill further notice. I have tried contactine the seller but no response. Can ebay help me or because its over 30 days i just have to accept that i may never get the item or money back.

Advertising Wheel Chair Accessable vehicles, because I reqd one for my wife who was extreemly ill and confined to a wheelchair unable to walk. As I could not visit premises to view vehicle, a deposit was placed outside of ebay for it to be delivered and balance paid if all was acceptable. The very next day I contacted the seller to state that due to my wife taking a turn for the worst and being transported by ambulance to A & E, things where looking bad and that I could not complete the transaction. As this was an off the premises sale I am fully entitled to be refunded my deposit, even though he has been told that my wife has passed away he avoids refunding by feeble excuses to call back that never acurr, have now placed this in the hands of a soliciter, this company representative clearly has no compassion to be involved in selling to the disabled, so all be aware. More details provided to ebay if requested

Hi! So I've recently sold a few items but I'm concerned I the total amount paid hasn't been sent to my bank account. Has anyone else found they've had this issue when payments have been on hold?

For example, I've received £150 for an item I sold at £170.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had a listing verified by Chanel in 2018. I still have the 6 emails and all the proof. It was removed today by Ebay. When i phoned they said it was reported by Chanel ....why would Chanel report something that they had verified. I deliberately listed this for 4 years because i had a feeling this day would come and it did.

how do you report a seller for lying to ebay by saying i cancelled when it was them who defaulted

Sellers fees email query

Hi. I've just received an email headed "Friendly Reminder: You have eBay fees that are due". Never had this before in almost 20 years as my sellers fees are paid automatically via the bank account I have registered with eBay which is correct and up-to-date. Why have I been sent this email ? Can I ignore it ? Will my sellers fees be paid automatically in due course ?

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help. I bought some solar powered wind chimes (spinners) from superpioneer-03 and one was broken. I informed the seller, who in turn said they would send a replacement. This went on and on for a few months, yes they sent, not received, yes they sent, no not received. In the end I requested a refund for the one item. i still have not received the refund. Allegedly there was a problem from the sellers end (China) refunding me via Paypal. Still I have received nothing. I have attempted to contact eBay to request assistance with this but unable to attach the order to the process due to the longevity of the to'ing and fro'ing, hence unable to contact eBay. What do I do please. I would appreciate any assistance. Its not the money, its the damn principle of receiving shoddy goods yet again.

This item has been bought and paid via eBay.

As the item was faulty and didn't receive the return envelope!

Global Shipping Programme

Does anyone know how to contact the Global Shipping Programme? I sold 2 vintage petrol cans to someone in France and I sent them in the same parcel. The Global Shipping Programme advised that the items are restricted but they have only refunded the buyer for one can. I included packaging slips for both purchases in the parcel and I even wrote on both slips to explain that the parcel contains 2 orders. I have posted vintage petrol cans to via the Global Shipping Programme on many occasions previously.

Hello the buyer wants to return an item that she says is damaged which it is not she abused me with emails and not telling me Iv riped her off with postage so I sent her the receipt which clearly states I paid £4.85 for postage the rest of the money was for covering item up to post

she said there was dog and cat hair on dress Iv offered to pay cleaning bill as I don't even have an animal

then I relised the dress was next to my fur jacket Iv had to take all my listings down through this abuse off of her

Payouts from my ebay account have been suspended and I keep receiving a message asking me to add a bank account. I always had my paypal attached to ebay and received payment through that, why would it now be insisiting on me adding a bank account?
