Ok. This google thing just happened to me. I understand what has happened, so how do I sort this mess out? I just bought and paid for an item using the 'new' account. I don't want this so can I just delete it or will it affect my purchase? Is there a way of merging the two accounts?

Hi as a seller myself there can be issues with delivery and on occasion this is the fault of the company used to deliver , saying that to ignore you and not reply to your question is very rude, I would request a refund as you have not received your item nor had any explanation.

You have posted on an old Thread from two years ago. Ebay and PayPal are in the process of parting company. You can still pay through PayPal if the Seller is offering it as a Payment Option.

That's why PayPal is far better, so hope someone uses there brain and let payments go to PayPal. And what you said isn't right as it is not the banks according to Barclays, it take eBay a couple of day before they transfer.

Nothing frightening about it, but when they realize the postage will be more than the item is worth, they don't pay. And I have to run the auction for yet another week. I can see my item is set to "only post to UK", but I'm getting bidders from the US winning it!!

yes have had the same problems myself I get so frustrated i end up logging in via my google account.

I have contacted ebay and they say it was due to me browsing at ligthning speeds and that their system thinks I am a BOT.

I tried to list a vehicle on EBAY and it did not show up as listed due to 'glitch at ebay end' but they charged me a fee for their failure to list the item. I will NEVER sell or buy from them again.

Hi, I have had the same problem and followed all of the ebay advice and it did not work. changed My password did not work. Then changed My password and ALSO My user name and guess what its worked.

Dont worry as all your old details are passed onto your new account.

Hi, I was about to do the same after days of being caught in a loop of changing passwords and clearing my system and using different search engines.

I changedMy password and then My user name and guess what its worked. I dont know why and I dont care as long as it works .

I have lost sales because of this and blame EBAY as it never happened before so why dont they leave things that are working alone. The saying if its not broken don't fix it comes to mind.

Dont worry about your positive feedback etc as this is all trnsfered to you new account details.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to help. Ebay finally got back to me the following day and suggested I update/change my password. Strange really because it wasn't the password it objected to. Seems to be working now. Thank you again.
