      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have just set up a new business account and have been charged my monthly business seller fees.&amp;nbsp; How can I get a proper invoice from eBay so I can reclaim the VAT on these charges.&amp;nbsp; Everything I can download in reports etc has the numbers but is in a PDF or excel spreadsheet with no Ebay branding on.&amp;nbsp; I need a PDF invoice not something I could have made myself?&lt;BR /&gt;Any help much appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The tracking shows the parcel was out for delivery but this was then updated to show failed delivery due to package being damaged. I have raised an enquiry with Evri and my buyer has the patience of a saint but as yet there is no sign of the package.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sold a bracelet solid silver with broken clasp. Item was very well described and clearly explained its condition. Photos were also provided clearly showing damage. It was categorised fair which is for items showing signs of wear and possible damage. I also showed it on scales to be clear of weight. Item sold and was paid instant. I posted also instantly. Day later I get buyer message requesting to cancel order because he hadn’t read the description and didn’t realise it needed repairing. I couldn’t cancel item had gone. 4-5 days later I receive message from buyer again and a return request claiming I miss sold item and it’s arrived broken not in the condition as described. I politely replied reminding him it was clearly described, photos showing damage, and he tried cancelling before receiving the item because he had made a mistake not properly reading the description so I will not be accepting a return. He then responding telling me I was frightening him and being very aggressive. This was getting weird and out of hand. I have clear correspondence proving I was nothing but polite and factual. I have only ever and still have sent only 1 message to this buyer. So I report this buyer as he is committing fraud, falsely claiming a miss sold item, and accusing me of being scary, which is slander. I had nothing from eBay from this report. I have though received an eBay case against me for a item I must take back and refund. I am in utter shock that after providing concrete proof that this buyer is a liar and breaking buyer protection rules and making slanderous claims that I’ve been charged for return postage my accounts on hold funds on hold and strangely my other items suddenly are getting no views. I’m a trusted seller of 20 years with perfect feedback. I am at a loss how shocking&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have used eBay years never an issue but randomly 2 weeks ago I placed an order as usual then went to bid on another item and the blue submit bid and other buttons were a paler blue and wouldn’t work ? I tried signing in on 3 different devices including computer usual iPad and phone none worked . I have cleared all cache cookies and other advice then thought would send link to my friend and signed in on her phone and the box to purchase back to usual darker blue and submitted order successfully? I logged out and back in and out to mine again and still pale blue and won’t work ? Upon closer inspection it seems that they have no feedback at all. See example image. (This is just one seller profile of many I've seen in this situation.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2026-06-02 at 7.11.09 pm.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/138894iE051BEC75A8187C8/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2026-06-02 at 7.11.09 pm.png" alt="Screenshot 2026-06-02 at 7.11.09 pm.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if eBay has flipped the model to provide an artifically inflated positive spin by awarding all sellers this glowing 100% feedback label at the outset and they lose it incrementally with each negative bit of feedback, this is at best unforgivably inept and misleading and, at worst, deliberately disingenuous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can someone who has no selling history at all be described as having 100% feedback when they evidently they have zero feedback?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since eBay has hacked all customer service lines and support by actual human beings, perhaps some from the community can help.
