Hi there i did receive negative feedback from the customer by mistake. He put it wrongly, he happy with the item , and explains under negative feedback. what  i need to do to sorted it.

You need to send him a feedback revision request.

 

A quick message informing him first would be a good idea. They time out and he could be on holiday or something.
