can i add international postage after listing an item

I have tried to add international postage to my sale listing after an enquiry from an overseas ebayer.  However, when I go into the relevant section of 'revise my listing' I am unable to tick the box to allow this.

Is there anyway round this as the overseas ebayer said that they can't even bid on the item as I don't post to their country?

Thanks.

If you have a bid you cannot add it to the listing but you can add the buyer to your exemption list and this will allow them to bid.

Weigh the parcel and let them know how much it will cost to post.

Do not use surface mail, it is too slow.
