hi there

unfortnatly the buyer is normally allowed to return the item regardless if the listing stated no returns. hwoever the buyer is obliged to return the item through trackable method to the seller at the buyers exspense. Some sellers will reimburse the buyer the return postage but that is optinal. many sellers accepts returns with the buyer covering return postage.

It depends on why the item is returned. If it was not as described then the buyer should not be out of pocket and a good seller will refund the return postage

If they are returning because it did not fit or they changed thier minds and you are not a business then you are not obliged to pay the return postage.

It is up to you as ebay can not force to to pay the retun postage.

when buyers signed up with ebay they agreed to pay return postage using online tracking to prove delivery seller refunds original payment only.
