How do I change the postage once the item has sold. The buyer refuses to pay full price for the postage and I don't know how to change it. They buyer is getting very agitated. Please help someone.

do not let buyers tell you how much they want to pay for postage they should not have bid.

You don't. You make a loss if you got the postage wrong.

 

The price the buyer pays is fixed as advertised.

378Ruth is right, they bid so they knew what they were paying. You don't have to change the postage at all, you can agree to cancel the transaction if she isn't happy. It is HER fault, she could see the postage costs and she shouldn't have bid if she wasn't happy to pay them. Some people forget postage costs don't literally cover postage, they cover travelling to the post office, packaging equipment and your time. Oh and now ebay fees! So you don't need to change it.

Looks as though you are only charging cost of postage. Bearing in mind that Ebay will take 56p why would you want to sell at below cost. If they don't pay do an Unpaid Dispute.
