I have recently noticed high numbers of cancelled order due to out of stock. Then I checked the record. All the orders were actually not out of stock at all.
What happened is that customer bought items and found unfit and returned (not using ebay returning). Then I use paypal issue a full refund.
However, the ebay count this as a defect showing cancel order because your item were out of stock.
Can I ask why? Because it lowers my selling standard!
