won item contacted seller right away as the item was collect only.i asumed at this time it was cash on collection.one hour fourty mins ! later seller contacts me...sorry item to be paid with paypal so have relisted...thats it not can you or will you sent email back saying i could pay with paypal and i had assumed it was cash on collection ..24hrs no contact what can i do ? is this fairplay by this seller?.....
