can someone advise me please?
I am selling an xbox with games. It is well packed in a fairly large box, it is too heavy for me to take to the PO so I will use a courier.
I will be charging @£10 for courier service.
When I try and add the postage to my listing it is telling me i am exceeding the postage allowance. When I looked up ebays advice abut this it says I can put my own price in under courier bulky and heavy items. Unfortunately this is not coming up as an option.
Never had this problem before and am getting very frustrated!!
