seller refusing to give full refund

 Hi All,

I need advice please. I bought a tv which was missing the neck stand. I contacted seller to send me the missing part, they said that they don't have one but if I bought a second hand one, which they found on ebay, they would refund me the cost, which they did. I then turned on the TV to find that it went black from the left side then shut down completely and obviously had a major fault. On informing the seller he told me to return the TV to him for a full refund, and he would pay me the postage,. This I did but the seller refusing to give me a full refund,. Cost of TV £299.99. Cost of missing part £47.00. Cost of postage £12.70.

Postage  £12.70 + missing part cost £47.00 were both refunded ,as agreed.

Cost of TV £299.99 refunded £252.50.

The seller is saying that he has refunded me in full !! I dissagree ans say they owe me £47.50.

My last message on 18/01/2016 has been ignored and no refund into my account.

Where do I stand ? What should I do now?

Many thanks for any help.
