relisting but still billed fees ???

hello i have been trying to sell a car for 3 weeks but the first 2 weeks i took the add down due to a time wasting buyer from auto trader i listed in my description that the car was advertised on multiple sites and may be taken down at any point but ebay are still trying to bill me for listing fee for first 2 weeks i cant find an email them system to see why can anyone help ??
