rReturned item not received, but buyer insists it was sent

Hi, can anyone advice me on what to do with a buyer who complained about an item. I asked for it to be returned even though I state no returns on my listings, and I have refunded her original payment. I would only refund the return postage if there was a genuine problem with the item, as of yet I've not received the item but the buyer is insisting they've sent it and now threatens to contact Ebay. Any advice?

You shouldn't have refunded anything without receiving your item back.

 

Tell the buyer to go ahead and contact eBay, as you've not received your item back.
