The whole system of monitoring a sellers performance is wrong
1 . Buyers can give bad or negative scores when the seller has done everything by the ebay book
Ie buyer gave me bad/neg by saying they had to email me when there goods never arrived ......come on once i post keep my post receipt & i do hear from them i think all's ok , when they came to me i sent out a new item , but still got bad/neg scoring ? . Again a buyer felt the used item was marked ......never got back to be & gave me bad/neg when i emailed him about the sale saying i would always refund & he said ...."sorry i was to busy" , Its a bad system
