Ebay proised buyer protection
the gioods were not delivered
a case was opened
they found in my favour
they said the would refund my paypal money
ebay have failed to do so
i reported this to paypal
ebay then closed the case saying i needed to contacty paypal
when i contact paypal they direct me to the ebay closed case
i appeal the case on ebay
no reesponse
so far no goods
no refund
no support from ebay or paypal in spite of their promises.
