hello, hope somebody can help. I won an item that was not delivered.I opened a case with ebay. I contacted the seller, she said the payment had been stopped by paypal and could not send until the case was closed, and she said the item would be dispatched as soon as the money had cleared. stupidly I closed the case, but the item still has not been delivered, she said it has been dispatched! Is there anything more I can do?
any help would be appreciated
