i puchased an item however when recieved it not as decribed (in fact it was a counterfite) i messaged the buyer i informed him i was not happy and asked for a refund
i recieved a plactic envelope with the sellers address on it, i was informed to simply place the lock inside envelope and post it into a letter box.
i did not think this was a very secure way of posting however this was the prefured method of the seller
this item was posted on the 7th oct
i have still not recieved a refund as seller keeps saying he has not recieved the item
i feel my responsibilty ended once i posted the item as it was the sellers idea to post this item in this way
for all i know he could have recieved it but would rather not give me a refund.
How should i proceed now?
