I sold an item and sent same day was delivered on the 14th July and signed for and I asked for feedback today the 29th and was informed by the buyer that they dd not get item!! They are demanding a refund or will report me and neg me!!!
But the signature is the buyers name and I checked with post office and they definately received the item they are trying to screw me over what can I do??
