hi i returned an android box from a seller 24/1/17 i wasn't happy with it and returned it back 27/1/17 i sent it 2nd class royal mail small parcel but had no tracking number to it...i asked for a full refund from seller who tried to fob me off stating they never received it..i sent them proof of 2 receipts with dates etc....and i can't resolve this matter,can you help?
