I bought Tv Black Samsung Plasma 42" TV PS-42Q96HD on 24/06/2016 as collection in person. he has a problem with Paypal he says the payment in hold
with his account in PayPal so now he doesn't accept to collect the tv and he says as well He couldn't make refund for me. please I want the tv Or my Payment
