im trying to list my car and its not working .
i noticed selling is a lot different now as no option for cars - nowhere to enter the reg etc
go to list it and i get this :

ive tried clearing history, if tried 3 different web brosers and nothing
no message about not permitted to sell
not in debt with ebay dont owe money
