Won an snad case and ebay have closed the case and refunding me but paypal still holding the money-

Sent back an item as per ebay instructions using their postage label

Got an email today to say I had been refunded and that they had closed the case

Checked in paypal and they have the refund on hold (pending investigation) any ideas?
