Can anyone help please?
I have this offer:
Pay only when you sell in September 2016
No insertion fees on up to 100 listings per day. For auction or fixed price listings
Yet, when I try to relist my items, it charges me. I didn't use up the 100 allowance.
Anyone knows why this happens?
