Who pays for return postage of an item

Hi,

I have purchased an item on ebay and had to pay for postage, which was expensive as pen the item was sent from France.

The item is a fake and I have requested the refund.

If the seller agrees to accept the pen back, will I get a full refund (original price + postage) and also for posting it back??

If you open a return request for not as described and return it trackable then you'll get all your original payment refunded, but buyers are responsible for return cost for purchases from overseas
