Unfair negative feedback after refund offer...

Read somewhere if refund has been offered, then negative feedback not allowed.....Had buyer who got in touch with me 30 days after sale- abusive...I offered a refund on return of item-said this was how ebay operated... Buyer then left negative feedback saying had had thrown item in bin.   Is it allowed?

It shouldn't be.   Try contacting ebay and asking them to remove it.   Use the Help & Contact link, top left.
