I placed a bid and won a nice turntable with the code ***. Trying to complete the transaction I realised that my paypal account was not processing the purchase. I tried to do it using my visa credit card but with the same result. I contacted my bank and they me that certain transactions (and certain categories) have been blocked due to implementation of capital controls.
I contacted the seller requesting to try and change the item category, in case I could complete the purchase, but the seller replied that could not.
Now I am dealing with an open case and do not know to do.
I am an excellent eBay buyer, always paying instantly and I do not want my profile to be spoiled.
